TRI Property Management began in Greeley, CO in 1981. Since then we have remained a family-owned company with the goal of offering the best services available in Northern Colorado. Our clients love that we always do a good job and are knowledgeable about the local market conditions. Because we also own and operate our own rentals, we are well versed in the all the good, the bad, and the ugly involved with being a landlord in today’s constantly changing environment.

Our unique position allows us to understand both the landlord-tenant perspective, as well as the perspective of seeing real estate and rentals as an investment opportunity. We understand that sometimes you may not want to be a landlord; we can help you through those issues. Our staff of over 10 associates is here to provide you with excellent customer service.

TRI is also a fully licensed real estate office. Because our main focus is property management, we don’t plan on simply managing your property until you are ready to list and sell it. We realize that property can be a great investment with many different types of returns, some of which can be passed generation to generation.
